Government is likely to release allowances from September not from January, will Save Rs 11,000 Crore

The Centre is likely to implement the 7th Pay Commission award from September-October, the beginning of the festive season, to give a consumption boost to the economy. However, in order to restrict the budgetary outgo, it would pay the revised allowances only prospectively, unlike the pay component that will be paid along with arrears from January 2016.

Criticizing the Recommendations of the 7th CPC without fully studying the report is not Fair

VII CPC RECOMMENDATIONS ARE FAR BENEFICIAL THAN ALL THE PAY COMMISSIONS SO FAR EXCEPT FEW FLAWS

Financial benefits to be reaped by central government employees through the recommendation of seventh central pay commission are going to be in leaps and bounds : Criticizing the recommendations of the VII Central Pay Commission without fully studying the report and jumping to the conclusion that the pay commission has done injustice to the central government employees is not fair.

Travelling Allowance to the CG Employees on transfer

Presently it has four components:

(a) Travel entitlement similar to Travelling Allowance,

(b) Composite Transfer and Packing grant (CTG),

(c) Reimbursement of charges on transportation of personal effects, and \

(d) Reimbursement of charges on transportation of conveyance.
