The Empowered Committee of Secretaries, headed by Cabinet Secretary P K Sinha which was formed for processing the recommendations of 7th Pay Commission has already conducted four meetings.

Government may consider the proposal of minimum pay of at 24,000- 7thCPC Latest

With each passing day, the picture of higher monthly payout for central government employees, than what was recommended by the 7th Pay Commission, is emerging clear. Earlier review committee also gave indication of that it will propose simpler pay structure( single tier pay band) and would consider the demands of Government employees before taking any final decision on Implementation of recommendations of 7th CPC.

Review committee is likely to propose a simpler pay structure.

To make pay band more understandable Review committee is likely to propose a simpler pay structure (Single Tier Pay Band) – With the delay in implementation of 7th pay commission, every day the media gets abuzz with some information.
